This two-row model is both refined and well-engineered, and it provides you with the luxurious features that you expect from your new BMW. Often, shoppers at BMW of Greenwich inquire about the most recent improvements to our models, and we are thrilled to assist you with your comparison of the 2024 and 2023 model years.

Performance

From an engineering perspective, the X3 is unchanged going into the 2024 model year. The first two trim levels boast a 248-horsepower, turbo 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine. The top X3 trim level is outfitted with a mild-hybrid, six-cylinder, 3.0-liter engine that creates 382 horsepower. All three trim levels for both years include an eight-speed auto transmission. Rear-wheel drive is standard for the entry-level trim, and the top two trims come with standard all-wheel drive. In addition, equipment that is optional or standard at different trim levels includes adaptive steering, enhanced braking, a performance differential, and an adaptive suspension system.

Appearance

The design of the 2024 X3 is identical to that of the 2023 model year. The capable look of this crossover is established by its tall yet curved roof and elegantly tapered hood. The X3’s sides show off defined haunches and upper and lower accent lines on the door panels. The nose is equally distinguished with stunning headlights that feature curved LED elements. The chrome-adorned grille sits above the flared lower fascia, and the accompanying air intakes make a statement with their grand size. Exterior features for both model years are 19-inch wheels or larger, a hands-free liftgate, auto high beams, a panoramic sunroof, and a trailer hitch.

Features

The three X3 trim levels for the 2023 X3 are also available in the 2024 model year. Some of these features are a Harman Kardon sound system, heated front seats, a wireless charging station, a drive recorder, remote engine start, a surround-view camera, leather upholstery, adaptive cruise control, a heated steering wheel, a 12.3-inch infotainment system screen, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, a 12.3-inch driver’s instrumentation screen, a head-up display, a navigation system, an internet hotspot, a push-button engine starter, remote monitoring, parking sensors and numerous additional features.
